Returns



Items may be returned within 28 days of dispatch, provided they remain in original, resalable condition. To begin the return process, please use the contact form included with your shipment and ensure all necessary documentation is enclosed when sending items back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error on our part.

How to Return Items



To return an item, complete the contact form provided in the original parcel. Include this form with your return to ensure accurate processing.

Refunds



Once returned items are received and confirmed to meet return requirements, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Delivery Information

EU Delivery Options & Charges



Standard delivery is free for all orders shipped to destinations within the European Union.



Orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre in Poland. Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. (GMT) on business days are scheduled for same-day dispatch. During high-demand periods or public holidays, preparation time may be extended by 2–3 business days.



Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Order Tracking



A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during business hours and typically require a signature upon receipt.
